Updated notification system re: joining instructions for training

FOA Clerks,

Previously we have been directly emailing attendees (councillors) joining instructions for upcoming training courses, but on numerous occasions they have been going into SPAM.

We have reverted to sending out the joining instructions to clerks and would ask you to send these on to your councillors due to attend.

Any comments/suggestions are appreciated.
