General Data Protection Regulations
All member councils were sent a copy of the NALC toolkit which contains model policies and templates to use. NALC and SLCC are working together to clarify the situation on the role of the Data Protection Officer on a national basis and with the Bill going through the House of Commons recently, we hope to have more clarification soon.
