GAPTC is sad to announce the sudden and tragic passing of one of our longest-serving executive committee members Peter Richmond. Peter was the committee's National Association of Local Councils (NALC) representative and brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to the association. Our sincere condolences to his friends and family; his stories and positive energy will be missed.
