Congratulations to Dawn Laird, and independent student and former councillor who has recently achieved the CiLCA qualification.
Dawns' knowldege of the sector enabled her to submit quality work, with several of the units being given 'exemplary' status.

The Fawcett Society is running a programme of free online training for women on how to get into politics, using your voice online and getting active in the upcoming local government elections.
This programme includes spaces and support specifically for groups of women who are underrepresented across politics, including women of colour and disabled women.

Half Day training on dealing with difficult customers - Wednesday 29th January 2020
Tetbury Town Council have confirmed they are holding two training sessions (one in the morning and one in the afternoon) on Dealing with Abusive Customers they will be run in Tetbury on Wednesday 29th January 2020. The cost is £45 per attendee. This is not an all-day event, but two separate sessions run back-to-back.
