Stroud District Council is inviting applications from organisations for funds to help support communities recover in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Community Wellbeing Grant is for groups who work with their communities to reduce inequality and promote aspects of wellbeing such as physical, mental and financial health, social connection, arts, culture, heritage and the environment.

‘Working Together’ protocol - Stroud District Council

A few weeks ago the clerks in the Stroud District were contacted to get involved in a working party together to look at the 'Working Together' protocol that was first produced by Stroud District Council in 2013. Protestors against the roll out of 5G

You may have seen in the press that Stroud Town Council (STC) had a difficult reception at their Full Council meeting on Monday 2nd September when they were debating a motion to not consent to the roll out of 5G. However, this motion failed.
