Hinton PC receive Foundation Local Council Award Scheme
Hinton PC have achieved the Foundation level of the Local Council Award Scheme (LCAS) which demonstrates 'quality' at a foundation level.
There are three levels to LCAS; 'Foundation', 'Quality' and 'Quality Gold'. This is a nationally awarded scheme which is managed by the National Assocation of Local Councils (NALC).

Local Council Award Scheme success
Alkington PC has been awarded Foundation level of the Local Council Award Scheme. The council was successful in its application in 2017 and, understanding the importance of the award, reapplied when the award expired after 4 years. The Foundation award is a way of benchmarking so that the community can be confident that the council is working lawfully and meets the required standards

LCAS success - Charlton Kings Parish Council
Congratulations to Charlton Kings Parish Council on successfully achieving Quality level in the Local Council Award Scheme.
This was our last assessment as a county panel, the new assessment has now commenced and all new LCAS applications will be submitted to a national panel.
