External audit non responses
Smaller Authorities Audit Appointments (SAAA) are now receiving management information returns from the audit suppliers – currently, their main concern is the number of authorities they have had no response from, this is higher than in previous years. At the end of last week there were over 700 authorities who had not responded at all.

NALC Study Tour 2018
A sold out NALC Study Tour at Chippenham Town Council was attended by over 30 delegates, which included government officials. It was the first time the tour was opened up to members outside of the Larger Councils Committee.
