Congratulations Charlton Kings Parish Council on achieving Local Council Award Scheme 'foundation' level.
The council produced good work and are the first council in the Cheltenham borough to achieve the award.

FODDC have no CIL scheme at present and have not reached the stage of making a final decision about whether to introduce one. The Council have however asked that the feasibility of CIL be examined and we are about to commission some work which will provide some indicative values in order that the potential for a CIL can be investigated.
