Updated General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) toolkit
NALC's GDPR toolkit has been updated to reflect the new Data Protection Act 2018 and data protection regime. The changes include the appointment of a Data Protection Officer, which is not mandatory for all local (parish and town) councils, and information about paying the Information Commissioner's data protection fee.
