New 'Buddy' for Public Works Loans added to the list

New 'Best Practice' added to the website

We have added a new example of best practice to the Best Practice tab on the home page (login required). Nailworth TC outline the work they did successfully supporting a Community Land Trust within the town which led to the building of affordable homes for residents.
