2019 training courses
Here is an update on the courses available for this year. New for 2019 is Digital Mapping training with Pear Technology which will take place on 13 February. With elections in May 2019 for the Cotswolds, Forest of Dean and Tewkesbury, new councillor training has been set up for the summer and Chairmanship Skills and planning training will be added shortly. Cllr Stephen Hirst has stepped down from the GAPTC EC after 6 years as Chairman.
He was invited to the meeting in November to thanks him for his contribution.
He was presented with some gifts, including some bespoke socks!
Stephen continues in his role as councillor at Tetbury Town Councillor.

Meeting with Locality
The NALC chairman Cllr Sue Baxter met with the chairman of Locality, Mark Law from BARCA Leeds, on 13 November.
