The following Mediation Services are independently offered:
Full Mediation Service
Offering an external specialist neutral/impartial professionally managed mediation service, as part of a pre-formal process solution; taking cases from individual assessment stage: exploring the issues (with each party), explaining the process, and then encouraging participation through to the next stage (if parties agree) through a managed, facilitated meeting - where parties participate in a 'supervised' dialogue with each other, with the sole intention to bring conflict resolution, through opportunity for parties to raise issues, engage, identify 'common ground', seek greater understanding and ultimately reach agreement through a consensual process to improve the working relationship.
Conflict Resolution Helpline
As a pre Mediation process measure, direct access to free consultation: to discuss and assess presenting issues and needs of difficult dynamics, offer impartial support, to look at potential, viable solutions, and to explore, explain and encourage mediation participation, if appropriate and applicable.
Note: associated services available (on request) including: Complaints Investigations, bespoke Training Courses, Workshops, Awareness Sessions, Team facilitation and participation events, Dignity at Work, Bullying, Harassment and Diversity (BHD) workshops, Early Neutral Evaluation Assessments (ENEAs) around underlying causes, individual stress risk-assessments and wider organisational well-being audits.
