The Community Engagement Team at Gloucestershire County Council are delighted to launch the third version of the Gloucestershire Charter! The Charter is an agreement between two tiers of local government – the County Council and the parish and town councils of Gloucestershire. It contains commitments covering a wide range of services; all aiming to improve the relationship between the tiers of local government, paying particular attention to improving consultation and communications about policies and decisions that may affect communities.
